📌 Cancellation Policy – Hiking Tours | Rodrigo Indio Tours

✅ Cancellations with Refund:
For a full refund, cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date.

✅ Cancellations Less Than 24h:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable, but we offer the possibility to reschedule, subject to availability and prior notice.

🚫 No Show:
Failure to appear on the scheduled date and time without prior notice is considered a NO SHOW, and no refund will be given. Rescheduling is possible once only, upon review and subject to availability.

⚠ Weather Conditions:
In case of bad weather or unsafe conditions, Rodrigo Indio Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour, offering a new date or credit for future use.

1. Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. Cancellations are allowed, respecting the deadlines below:

Up to 7 days after purchase (at least 7 days before the tour):
✅ Full refund.

Up to 15 days before the activity:
✅ 80% refund.

Between 14 and 7 days before:
✅ 50% refund.

Less than 7 days before or no-show:
❌ No refunds.

2. What if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances?
In case of heavy rain, rough seas or unsafe conditions, we offer:

Free rescheduling, or

Full credit for use within 6 months, or

Full refund if the activity is cancelled by us.

3. How do cancellations work for EXPEDITIONS?
Expeditions such as Monte Roraima, Serra Fina or the Petrópolis-Teresópolis Crossing have specific rules:

Up to 30 days in advance: ✅ 80% refund.

29 to 15 days before: ✅ 50% refund.

Less than 15 days or no-show: ❌ No refund.

Tip: In case of unforeseen circumstances, you can request credit for another date.

4. And what about EXPERIENCES IN THE INDIGENOUS VILLAGE?
Because it involves organization with traditional communities:

Up to 30 days in advance: ✅ 70% refund.

29 to 15 days before: ✅ 40% refund.

Less than 15 days: ❌ No refund.

Rescheduling is possible subject to analysis of village availability.

5. Can I reschedule my activity?
Yes!
✅ Reschedulings are accepted up to 48 hours in advance, free of charge, subject to availability.
Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice may incur an administrative fee.
