TWO BROTHERS HILL

Morro Dois Irmãos is one of the most popular hikes in Rio and, in my opinion, offers the most breathtaking view. From the top, you can see all of the city’s iconic landmarks in an incredible panoramic setting. The adventure begins even before the hike itself: to reach the trailhead, we take a mototaxi (or van, if you prefer). Most visitors choose the mototaxi, as it also allows them to experience Vidigal, one of Rio’s most famous and lively communities, well-known for its bars, restaurants at the top, and of course, the trail. Along the hike, you’ll find some scenic viewpoints before reaching the summit perfect spots for photos and unforgettable memories.

ITINERARY:

Tour through Vidigal community up to the trailhead, followed by a hike to the summit of Morro Dois Irmãos (533 meters).

CHILDREN:

Only allowed from 15 years old.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Bring water, sunscreen, and insect repellent. Wear sneakers and comfortable clothes for hiking (approx. 50 minutes, with some steep sections medium difficulty).
