ITINERARY: Hike (hiking) to Pedra do Telégrafo (1500 meters), Pedra do Telégrafo, Panoramic, Grumari, Prainha, Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Barra da Tijuca, and São Conrado.

CHILDREN: Children are allowed only from 10 years old.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Bring water, sunscreen, and insect repellent. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing for hiking (approximately 50 minutes of walking, with some steep sections – medium difficulty).
